Ganderbal: The Ganderbal Press Association (GPA) expresses profound grief and sorrow over the demise of Zoona Begum, grandmother (Nani) of Umer Raina, a member of the Ganderbal Press Association, who passed away this morning.
Umer Raina is also associated with Glacier Times and Rising Kashmir.The sad demise has caused deep shock and sorrow among journalists and media fraternity across the district.
The President of GPA, Ayaz Sofi, along with all members of the Association, has extended heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family. The Association stands in solidarity with Umer Raina and his family during this hour of grief.
The members of the Ganderbal Press Association have offered Dua for the departed soul, praying that Almighty Allah grants her the highest place in Jannat-ul-Firdous and bestows patience and strength upon the bereaved family to bear this irreparable loss. Ameen.
